Package Material
Woodwork are packed in bubble sheet,styrofoam or carton according to the product characteristics.
Metalwork are packed in bubble sheet,styrofoam or carton according to the product characteristics.The overhang of the product should be strengthening packed.
Fragile items are packed in bubble pack and then styrofoam.

Drop Test packing and strengthened drop test packing introduction
Hold the master carton in a horizontal position, pointing the testing panel to the concrete floor. Drop the carton onto the concrete floor at the appropriate height.
Drop Test packing: Repeat the test for each of the 6 faces of the master carton. With an appropriate holding position, the same procedure applies to 3 edges and 1 corner of the same master carton.
Strengthened drop test packing:Repeat the test for each of the 2 faces of the master carton. With an appropriate holding position, the same procedure applies to 9 edges and 5 corner of the same master carton.
